Hangar "SPRINT-M"
The company INSI-Engineering represents the hangars of a new system "SPRINT-M" to customer attentions.
The basic distinction of "SPRINT-M" hangars is that the base of bearing structures is made of a new section with higher load-bearing capacity due to the presence of an additional stiffening rib along the section. This is a new section developed with using the up-to-date software complexes, and it is certified according to the GOST R certification system.
As a result, the weight of hangar structure became as lower as roughly 25 % as compared with the former used section types and solutions, and thereafter the price for a hangar is decreased. The load on foundation is also decreased, and therefore the cost of "SPRINT-M" hangar foundation is lower.
Basic characteristics of "SPRINT-M" hangars:
- Chord width - 18, 15, 12, 9 m
- Structure height - from 3 to 6 m with a step of 0.6 m
- Length is not limited (multiple unit is a span between columns)
- Heated and non-heated variants
Use range of "SPRINT-M" hangars:
- warehouses;
- hangars for machinery of various functions;
- industrial buildings;
- trading pavilions and others.
The "SPRINT-M" hangars have all the advantages of promptly-erected buildings made of small weight steel structures with thin walls. These are:
- shorter term for mounting hangars (from 1 to 3 months) with stably high quality due to:
- simple and manufacturable structures;
- marks of structure parts;
- delivery of structure parts ready to be mounted;
- detailed manual for hangar assembly
- the hangar structures are compactly packed, that provides lower transportation costs for the hangar delivery.
- erection without wet processes and welding, because all details are made with bolts and screws. Such solution allows us to erect a hangar in any season of year;
- minimization of lifting equipment use for assembly of hangar due to the small weight of structure;
- increased operation life for hangars, because the structures are zinced and need not an additional anti-corrosion treatment;
- qualitative finishing and aesthetic view. At the same time, the heated hangar holds a reliable resistance against the mechanical damages, and there are also additional rigidity and stability of a hangar structure as compared with, for example, those with foil-coated heat insulation.
Foundation load information is attached to a hangar, and that allows a customer to make foundations taking into account the local geological conditions. As a rule, foundations are made as a spot type or as a bedplace, which is a foundation.
Additionally, it can be mentioned the following:
- all the parts of hangars are our production;
- the main bearing material is thermoprofile with an increased bearing capacity;
- the hangar designs have been developed by the INSI-Engineering designers with using the up-to-date software for engineering and development;
- the hangar construction can be implemented by partner-companies of INSI-Engineering.
Themoprofile is a cold-rolled zinced section (zinced steel). This is a modern construction material used around the World for construction of buildings of various functions. The heat conductivity factor of thermoprofile is similar to the wood one.

In addition, there may be an individual approach with considering additional wishes of customer for a hangar.
